2015-16: Took 13th in the 5000m at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships • Took eighth in the 1500m at the Wolfpack Last Chance with a personal best performance • Set a career best in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays • Finished sixth overall at the Southeast Regional meet earning All-Region honors, and barely missed qualifiying for the NCAA Cross Country Championships as an individual • Narrowly missed out on All-ACC honors by finishing 23rd at the ACC Cross Country Championships • Finished 11th at the Princeton Inter-Regional • Finished in the top-25 in three of the four races she competed in • Redshirted the indoor season • Named to the ACC Academic Honor roll and the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team

2014-2015: Earned Gold medal at the U.S. Junior Track and Field Championships in the steeplechase • Finished second in the Pan-American Junior Athletic Championships in the steeplechase • Had three wins in three separate events (Mile, indoor 5,000 and 2,000 steeplechase) • Competed almost exclusively in the steeplechase during the outdoor season • Came in second with a personal best of 10:29.48 in in the steeplechase at the Duke Twilight • Competed at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the steeplechase finishing 13th • Competed in the steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminary • Competed in every meet for the Tar Heels during the cross country season • Missed earning All-ACC and All-Region by one place • Had her best race at the ACC Cross Country Championships where she finished 22nd • All-ACC Academic for cross country and USTFCCCA All-Academic for track and field • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll

Prep: Took 21st at the Footlocker Cross Country Nationals • Runner-up at the Virginia State Cross Country Championships • Team captain of her high school cross country team that won the state championship in 2012 • In her senior year she led her track team to district champions in both indoor and outdoor track • Was named the team's MVP in the trifecta of cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field • Member of the National Honors Society • Graduated with honors with a 4.0.
