2025 T&F at UNC: INDOOR SEASON: Competed in six meets… Won the ACC Championship in the men’s shot put (19.66m) and finished in fourth in the weight throw, which was the seventh farthest (21.02m) in program history… Named ACC Men’s Indoor Championship Field MVP… Earned All-America honors at the NCAA Championships as he finished in eighth… Won the Tiger Paw Invitational in the shot put (20.47m) moving into second all-time in program history. 2025 T&F: OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets mainly in the shot put in discus… Won the ACC Championship in the men’s shot put setting the school record (20.18m)… Notched the seventh farthest hammer throw mark (60.59m) during the Duke Invitational… Launched the second farthest discus mark (57.32m) in program history during Raleigh Relays… NCAA Runner-up in men’s shot put, shattering his own school record (20.74m) during his first career Outdoor NCAA Championships earning First Team All-America honors... 2022 T&F AT WAKE FOREST: Began the season with a 1st Place finish in the Shot Put at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kick-Off with a throw of 18.46m (60’6.75”)...Set a new PR in the Shot Put at the Bob Pollock Invitational with a throw of 18.49m (60’8”)...Set another collegiate PR in the Weight Throw at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational with a throw of 18.54m (60’10”) … Placed 24th and 25th in the shot put and discus at the NCAA East Prelims ... Earned a All-ACC First Team, placing second place and set the school record in the shot put and placed 10th in the discus ... Picked up a pair of wins at shot put and discus at the Charlotte Invite ... Added two podium finishes at South Carolina Open in the shot put and discus ... Collected 12 podium finishes in the outdoor season.

2021 T&F AT WAKE FOREST: Recorded five Top-15 finishes during the indoor season…Finished sixth in the Weight Throw at the Brant Tolsma Invitational with a throw of 16.10m (52’10”)...Placed 15th in the Shot Put at the ACC Indoor championships … Began the outdoor season with a New PR and 3rd place finish in the Discuss Throw with a throw of 54.74m (179’7”) at the Raleigh Relays…Recorded a PR in the Hammer Throw at the Virginia Challenge with a throw of 53.34m (175’.0”)...Took 1st place in the Shot Put at the Charlotte Invitational with a throw of 17.59m (57’8.5”)...Finished the season with a 7th place finish in the Shot Put and a 8th place finish in the Discuss Throw at the ACC Outdoor Championships.
