2025 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in four meets… Won the 400m at the Virginia Tech Challenge (55.75)… OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets… Won the 4x400m relay (3:39.27) at the Wake Forest Invitational and also the 4x400m (3:34.05) at the Duke Twilight… Competed at NCAA East First Round in the 4x400m relay running the third fastest time in program history (3:32.90).

2024 SEASON: Competed in seven meets during indoor and outdoor season ... Ran the 200m, 400m, 4x100m, and 4x400m ... Season bests include 24.99 (200m), 400m (55.42), 45.94 (4x100m), and 3:36.06 (4x400m) ... 3:36.06 sits at No. 10 on Tar Heel all time list for the 4x400m.

2023 INDOOR SEASON: Ran the 300 meters at the Dick Taylor Challenge, finishing fourth, and the 400 meters at the Penn State National Invitational, finishing 18th ... OUTDOOR SEASON: Ran the 200m at the Raleigh Relays in 24.78 seconds to finish 39th ... Posted back-to-back personal bests in the 400m in consecutive meets in April ... Finished second at the Virginia Grand Prix in the 400m in 55.77, then followed that effort with another personal best at the Charlotte Invitational (55.33 seconds) ... Part of the 4x100 relay team that won the Virginia Grand Prix in 46:01 and finished eighth in a season-best 45.78 at the ACC Outdoor Championships ... Also part of the 4x400 relay team that won the Virginia Grand Prix in 3:42.47 and finished 11th at the ACC Outdoor Championships in 3:42.64.
