2018-19: Earned second-team All-America honors in the men’s 4x400 after the relay finished 10th with a season-best time (3:05.11) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships • Helped the men’s 4x400 defend their 2018 ACC title at the ACC Outdoor Championships (3:11.50), running an impressive third leg despite heavy rain • Also placed 15th in the men’s 400 (47.65) at ACC Outdoors • Did not compete during the indoor season.
2017-18 at Tennessee: Ran a leg of three 4x400 relays that went on to take the title at the 2017 Hoosier Open, the 2018 Indiana vs. Tennessee Duals, and the UAB Vulcan Invitational • Finished second in the 400 at the Indiana vs. Tennessee Duals with a time of 48.02 • Redshirted the outdoor season.
2016-17 at Tennessee: Named USTFCCCA First-Team All-America for the men's 4x400 meter relay • Ran a time of 47.55 in the 400m at the SEC Indoor Championship • Crossed the line of the 400m race in 47.35 at the Razorback Invitational while running the first leg of the indoor 4x400m relay team which posted the third fastest time in school history with a mark of 3:06.30 • Notched a second-place finish at the Commodore Invitational by running the fifth-fastest indoor 400m time in school history as he crossed the line in 46.89 • Anchored the 4x400 that ran the fourth-fastest time in school history (3:03.65) at the Florida Relays • Ran the second leg for the men's 4x400m relay team which finished 14th with a time of 3:06.00 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships as he earned second-team All-America honors • Finished 45th at the NCAA East Prelims with a 400m time of 48.89 • Posted a 19th place finish with a time of 47.00 at the SEC Outdoor Championship.
2015-16 at Tennessee: Ran second leg on the United States' gold medal winning 4x400m relay team in Poland at the IAAF Under-20 World Championship in 2016 • Ran first leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that posted a fifth place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 3:06.29, the second fastest time in program history in the 4x400 meter relay • Ran first leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that placed second at the SEC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:07.07 • Set a new personal best time of 47.18 in the 400 meters at the Tyson Invitational on Feb. 12, finishing fifth in what was the tenth fastest 400 meter time in program history • Named SEC Freshman of the Week on Jan. 19 for his showing at the Virginia Tech Invitational • Won the 500 meters at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a personal best time of 1:02.97, the third fastest 500 meter run in program history • Ran first leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that posted a eighth place finish (3:05.21) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships • Set a PR in the 400 meters at the NCAA East Prelims (46.27), finishing 14th • Ran first leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that placed third (3:04.24) at the SEC Outdoor Championships with the sixth fastest outdoor 4x400 meter relay time in program history • Placed 16th at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 400 meters (47.39) • Set a PR in the 200 meters at the Seminole Invitational (21.12).
