2019-20 at Yale: Ended the indoor season with a personal-best mile (4:02.87) and a second-place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships • Placed fifth in the men’s mile (4:12.52) and helped the DMR to a third-place finish (10:00.52) at the Ivy League Indoor Championships • Opened the indoor season with a second-place finish in the 800 meters (1:53.18) in a tri-meet with Dartmouth, Columbia • Ran a personal-best 1,000 meters (2:23.12) for second-place while helping the 4x800 secure the win (7:41.10) in a tri-meet with Harvard and Princeton • Outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic • Named to the Academic All-Ivy Team.

2019 XC at Yale: Placed 56th at the Ivy League Championships with a five-mile time of 26:16.5 • Scored at the Pre-National Invitational and Panorama Farms Invitational after clocking a personal-best 6K time of 19:18.0 for 12th place in the Harvard-Yale dual meet.

2016 XC at Yale: Began season with 11th-place run at Fordham meet • Established himself as a consistent top-five finisher on the team by finishing fourth among Elis at Harvard/Yale/Princeton, Notre Dame Joe Piane Invite and Princeton Invite • Finished freshman season with eight-kilometer personal best at Ivy League Championships, where he finished third among the Elis and 31st overall.

Prep: Captain of high school team junior and senior years for both cross country and track and field • Qualified to California State Cross Country Championships two years in a row • Placed eighth in 1,600-meter run at California State Track and Field Championships in 2016.
