Joins Carolina's staff as a student assistant in 2009 • One of the most decorated pitchers in Tar Heel history • Won 78 games in her career, third all-time, and notched 808 strikeouts, second all-time in Carolina history • Immediately jumped to the professional ranks this summer, pitching for the Akron Racers in the National Pro Fastpitch league • Led the NPF with 12 wins in her rookie season • Tossed a perfect game in the NPF this summer and helped led the Racers to the playoffs along with pitching coach and former Tar Heel Radara McHugh.
