2016: Ran a personal best 6k time of 19:06 at the Elon Opener to kick off the cross country season • Took 42nd place at the Adidas XC Challenge • Finished 102nd at the ACC Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:46 • Clocked in at 31:59 to take 114th place at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

2015-16: Took second in the 5000m at the Doc Hale VT Elite • Finished eighth in the 3000m at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup • Finished sixth in the 3000m at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays • Competed in every cross country meet throughout the season • Finished 12th at the Adidas XC Challenge • Took 41st at the Three Stripe Invitational • Finished 105th at the ACC Championships • Placed 125th at the Southeast Regional meet.

2014-15: Finished third in the 3,000 at the Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays • Did not compete during the cross country season.

2013-14: Raced on three occasions in his first season with the Tar Heels • Competed at the Joe Hilton Invitational, the adidas XC Challenge, and the Three Stripe Invitational • Competed at the Tar Heel Opener, UCS Invitational and Gene Anderson Invitational during the indoor season • Comepted in the 3,000 5,000 and 2,000 steeplechase during the outdoor season • Ran in the Carolina Relays, Raleigh Relays and Joe Hilton Invitational during the outdoor season • Set a personal record in the 3,000 at the Joe Hilton Invitational • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
