Summer 2001: Placed 18th in the 1500-meter free at the June 2001 Santa Clara Grand Prix Meet...at the USS Summer Nationals, she placed 20th in the 800-meter freestyle, 27th in the 1500-meter free and 43rd in the 400-meter freestyle.

2000-2001: Achieved career best times in the 500 free, 1000 free and 1650 free in early season meets...at the 2001 ACC Championships, she took sixth place in the 500-yard freestyle, 21st place in the 200-yard freestyle and fouth place in the 1650-yard freestyle...qualified for the NCAA Championships for the third straight year...placed 36th in the 500-yard freestyle and 27th in the 1650-yard freestyle.

1999-2000: At the 2000 ACC Championships she finished third in the 1650 free (16:37.20), which was good enough for the fifth-best performance ever by a Tar Heel...she also placed 10th in the 500 free and 19th in the 200 free (1:52.97)…at the 2000 NCAA Championships, she finished 22nd in the 1500-meter free and 42nd in the 400-meter free.

1998-99: Had the top time in the ACC in the 1650-yard freestyle at 16:38.94...was the 1999 ACC champion in the 1650-yard freestyle...also finished eighth in the 500-yard freestyle...qualified for the NCAA Championships where she swam the 500 free and 1650 free...first-team All-ACC selection...at the 1999 NCAA Championships, she finished 45th in the 500-yard freestyle.

Prep: Graduated from Green Valley High School on June 9, 1998...varsity letter winner for four years...swam 500, 1000 and 1650 freestyles...swam with Las Vegas Gold swim club for five years and Santa Clara Swim Club for three years...1997 Junior National Champion in the 1650 freestyle (16:39.00)...Nevada state high school champion for three years in the 200 and 500 yard freestyles...inducted into Nevada’s Swimming Hall of Fame in 1998...member of the national championship Santa Clara Swim Team in both 1996 and 1997...was the sports editor of high school paper...also class committee president in 1996 and 1997.
