Three-time letter winner who has made tremendous strides in his diving as a Tar Heel…a strong performer who has helped further solidify Carolina diving as amongst the best programs in the Atlantic Coast Conference…a product of the North Carolina Aquatic Club where he dove for former UNC coach Nunzio Esposto. 2001-02: Placed 11th in three-meter diving and 12th in one-meter diving at the ACC Championships.
2000-2001:
At the 2001 ACC Championships, he placed 7th on the 1-meter and 9th on the 3-meter boards…has emerged as a top diver in the Atlantic Coast Conference…a valuable contributor to the Tar Heel ACC team.
1999-2000:
At the 2000 ACC Championships, he finished ninth in 1-meter diving and 10th in 3-meter diving…a valuable performer for the Tar Heels…scored 16 points for UNC at the ACC Championships.
Prep:
Graduated on June 5, 1999 from Broughton High School...four-year member of diving team, including two years as captain...also played baseball as a freshman...named to News & Observer Old Reliable Team...All-State and All-Conference selection...progressively improved in North Carolina high school state meet...was fifth as freshman, second as sophomore, fourth as junior and state champion as senior.
