Six Tar Heels Set For Atlas Cup And Sixes Training Camp

SPARKS, Md. – Six Tar Heels are headed to to Maryland this week to participate in USA Lacrosse Sixes Training Camp with four Heels participating in the Atlas Cup this weekend. Chloe Humphrey, Ally Mastroianni, Marie McCool and Taylor Moreno will return to sixes competition after winning gold at the World Games when they participate in the Atlas Cup Sept. 26-28. Current Heels Kate Levy and Eliza Osburn have been called into training camp to gain experience and help the 12-person roster prepare for the Cup competition. The training camp takes place Sept. 23-25.

The Atlas Cup is an eight-team international event featuring the men's and women's sixes lacrosse teams from Canada, the Haudenosaunee Nationals, Puerto Rico and the United States. The tournament will be streamed live on the USA Lacrosse YouTube channel
