Tar Heels Scrimmage On Wednesday

Chapel Hill, NC--Â The North Carolina Tar Heels scrimmaged for six innings on Wednesday afternoon at Boshamer Stadium.
Offensive Highlights:Â Carter French was 2-2 with a pair of doubles. Michael McKnight, who was 2-2 including a double, was the only other player with multiple base hits. Jadyn Nunez was 1-2 with two RBI.Â
Erik Paulsen drilled a two-run home run, and Rom Kellis V had a solo homer. Jake Schaffner had three stolen bases.
Pitching Highlights:Â Walker McDuffie, Jason DeCaro, Jackson Rose and Tim Lawson all threw. Each pitcher gave up two earned runs.
The Tar Heels will hold their next scrimmage on Thursday.
