2025 CBS Sports Classic Travel Packages On Sale Now
August 12, 2025 | Men's Basketball
ATLANTA  – Travel packages for the 2025 CBS Sports Classic, one of college basketball's elite early-season showcase events, are now available. This year's doubleheader features North Carolina vs. Ohio State and Kentucky vs. St. John's on Dec. 20 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.Â
Official fan travel packages can be secured by visiting www.cbssportsclassic.com/travel. Packages include game tickets, good for both games of the doubleheader, VIP hospitality inside State Farm Arena and hotel accommodations in downtown Atlanta and walking distance to the venue.
Tar Heel fans should note these tickets will not be within the UNC allotment and Carolina will still have an allotment for Rams Club members to request, as in past years.
State Farm Arena will serve as host for the event for the second time in three years, having last hosted the event in 2023. Throughout the 11-year history of the CBS Sports Classic, the United Center in Chicago (2014, 2018), Barclays Center in Brooklyn (2015), T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas (2016, 2019, 2021), Smoothie King Center in New Orleans (2017), Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland (2020) and Madison Square Garden in New York (2022, 2024) have also hosted the event.
Carolina is 7-4 in the CBS Sports Classic.Â
