Women’s Tennis Completes Day Two Of ITA Sectionals

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – University of North Carolina women's tennis completed day two of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association East Sectional Friday at Chewning Tennis Center.
In singles, Theadora Rabman picked up the win for the Tar Heels to advance to the quarterfinals.
Claire Hill and partner Rabman advance in the doubles consolation bracket after a walkover result against their opponents from Duke.

ITA Sectionals will take place at four different sections/sites across the country. Sectionals is also an opportunity for athletes to qualify for the NCAA Doubles and Singles Championships. This tournament will qualify six singles players from each section (semifinalists and two quarterfinal playoff winners) while three doubles teams from each section will qualify (champion, finalist, and third place).
