Women's Tennis Signs Frey

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- University of North Carolina women's tennis added signee Anna Frey Thursday afternoon. Frey will join the Tar Heels this upcoming January.
The Farmington, Utah native will head to Chapel Hill in hopes of continuing to grow her game and impact the program this spring. Frey added, "I know my tennis can improve so much with this program. I love the coaches and my future teammates, and I'm excited to be here full time!"
Previously, Frey has made it to the semifinals and finals of level one tournaments, competed in two semifinals and won a qualifying International Tennis Federation match, and won a UTR Pro Tennis Tour. Frey also won a state championship at the no. 1 singles position for Farmington High School.
